The headrest height is adjustable by turning the bracket 180 degrees, and the angle can be fine-tuned before tightening the mounting hardware. The mounting brackets are made from heavy duty metal, powder coated black to match the luggage rack and motorcycle frame, and all stainless steel hardware is included. The headrest cover is made from vinyl with very comfortable padding underneath.

The screws was a little hard to line up. But over all it's a nice unite.

easy to install..even upside down

I bought this just as a precaution against the passenger helmet hitting the luggage rack. The slight problem I could see was 1) it seemed a little high(just an opinion) & 2) it could rotate on the luggage rack attachment point. My solution,install it upside down. Attach it to the luggage rack & the lower edge of the head rest sits securely against the spare tire. Unfortunately I can't attach a pic.
