Couldn't be easier AND a great price

I bought my Ural second hand, and the trunk key was somehow lost. Ordered a new trunk lock, removed one screw, swapped the tumblers, and voila! Works great.

Replacement lock.

I bought the lock to replace the one that came with my bike and didn't come with trunk keys.

I tried the new key on the old lock before installing and it worked. I did not have to replace the lock at all.

EASY to install, and very well-priced

I bought this because I had lost the keys for my trunk. Ordered this new set and planned on a good 30 - 40 minute install time. But no! Since my lock was otherwise in great condition, I simply removed the screw inside, removed the locking lever, and popped the old tumbler out! I did the same with the new unit, popped the new tumbler into the old lock, and put it back together. The entire process took.... 3 minutes? And I have some leftover parts, if ever needed. Thanks, UralNE
