Works, but not identical.

This item works, however it does not fit into the metal carb holder flange that was originally on the bike. Either way, solved the issue I was having.

rubber carb mount

Easy to replace, works as intended. Old aftermarket one was cracked and carb slipped from mount. This item fixed it.
